We don\u2019t expect anyone to sue CAS, but this form makes that clear. Please print and sign the form. Then mail it to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Conococheague Audubon Society\nPO Box 20\nFayetteville, PA 17222<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will keep the signed form on file and add your name to the <a href=\"https:\/\/conococheagueaudubon.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Files\/Conococheague%20Audubon%20Waiver%20List.pdf\">list of folks who have signed it<\/a>.
